PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
A ceramic mirror in orange tones, made circa 1970. The glazed ceramic frame gives the glass a warm colour and a lustrous surface, making this small mirror a decorative object in its own right. Its compact size allows it to be placed or hung in an entrance hall, a bathroom or a bedroom.
Ceramics played an important role in the decoration of the 1960s and 1970s, when many workshops produced mirrors, lamps and objects in bold colours and bright glazes. Orange tones, very present in interiors of the period, are one of its signatures. This mirror is a warm illustration of that taste and can be paired with furniture of the same era or bring a touch of colour to a more restrained setting.
