PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Each side table adopts a cubic structure in chromed metal with gunmetal reflections, the edges of which are underlined with gilt brass rods. The clear glass top is set into the upper frame, while low crossbars stiffen the base. The square, strict and perfectly balanced proportions give the pair a presence that is at once graphic and precious.

This dialogue of dark chrome and gilt brass on cubic volumes is the signature of Willy Rizzo, the fashion photographer turned furniture designer in the 1970s, whose productions embody the international chic of the decade and rank among the most sought-after of the design of that period.

Condition report: Good general condition. Chrome and brass with a fine uniform shine, the glass possibly showing likely minor surface scratches inherent to use. An ideal pair to flank a sofa or as graphic bedside tables.
