PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Ceramic vase with figurative decoration depicting a stylized hunting scene, in which a man pursues a beast through vegetation rendered in a graphic manner. The decoration, executed in reserve in deep blue tones on a beige ground, belongs to the decorative aesthetic of the first third of the 20th century. The rhythmic composition and the contrast of the glazes give the piece a strong visual presence, evoking both Art Deco and a reinterpreted medieval inspiration. 20th-century work, circa 1930.
