Modernist Amethyst-Tinted Pear-Shaped Art Glass Vase, French circa 1970

A graceful art glass vase of elongated pear form, blown in a soft translucent glass of amethyst-lavender tonality that shifts between purple, violet, and pale mauve depending on the quality and angle of light.
