Chromed Design Coffee Table

Chromed design coffee table. The bright, reflective chrome finish underlines the lines of the table and plays with the light and colours of the room. Circa 1970.

Chrome is among the defining materials of 1970s furniture, a decade fond of shiny surfaces, crisp forms and the introduction of industrial materials into the home. This coffee table belongs to that aesthetic while remaining easy to integrate, in a contemporary interior as well as a more classical setting. Placed in front of a sofa or between two armchairs, it offers a practical surface for books, objects and serving trays, and brings brilliance to a living room.
